Refund Policy
Effective August 28, 2026
How refunds work at Flow State Instructionals. This policy sits alongside the Terms of Service; where the two say the same thing, they mean the same thing.
1. Instructionals
Instructionals are digital content you can watch the moment you pay, so a purchase is final once you have begun streaming it.
If you bought by mistake and have not watched any of it, email support@flowstateinstructionals.com within 14 days and we will refund you in full. You can also start that request from the purchase in your Account.
We may also refund, at our discretion, where content is materially defective, mis-described, or unavailable for a sustained period.
2. Live events
If we or the instructor cancel an event, every active ticket is refunded in full to the original payment method automatically. You do not need to ask.
If a refund fails - most often because the original charge has not settled yet - we record it and follow it up by hand. If you have not seen an expected cancellation refund within five business days, contact us and we will chase it.
Rescheduling is not cancellation: your ticket stays valid for the new date and no refund is issued automatically. If the new time does not work for you, contact us before the event and we will refund you.
A live broadcast depends on the instructor's connection, your connection and third-party infrastructure. Interruptions and quality drops happen and are not by themselves grounds for a refund, but if a technical problem genuinely prevented your access, tell us promptly with the event name and what happened and we will put it right where we reasonably can.
3. Purchasable replays
A replay bought after an event is digital content like any instructional: final once you start watching it, refundable within 14 days if you have not.
4. How to ask
Open your Account, find the purchase and use "Request a refund", or email support@flowstateinstructionals.com with the order number. We answer refund requests within five business days.
If you disagree with our decision you can raise it with your card issuer, but please talk to us first - a chargeback costs us a fee and takes longer to resolve than an email.
5. What a refund does
A full refund ends your access to that content. A partial refund leaves your access in place. Refunds go back to the card that paid; we cannot send them anywhere else.
