Copyright and DMCA Policy

Flow State Instructionals hosts video and writing uploaded by instructors and members. We respond to valid copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and remove infringing material.
1. Reporting infringement
Send notices to dmca@flowstateinstructionals.com, or by post to our designated agent at the address below.
A notice has to include all of the following, or we cannot act on it:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on the Service you are complaining about, with enough detail for us to find it - a URL is best.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
2. Designated agent

This is the agent designated to receive notices of claimed infringement for the Service.
3. What we do with a notice
We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, usually within two business days, and we tell the person who posted it what we removed and why.
4. Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any district in which we may be found).
If we receive a valid counter-notice we may restore the material after 10 business days unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
5. Repeat infringers
We keep a record of copyright complaints against each account and terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe. An instructor whose uploads draw repeated valid notices will have their catalogue removed and their agreement terminated.
6. Misuse
Sending a notice you know to be false exposes you to liability for damages under section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please be sure before you send one.
